I am 58 years old with 3 grown children, although physically I am more like 35. My daily intense martial arts training routine has kept me in top physical condition and has protected me from the stress of being a lawyer for 30 years. Solving the problems of other people can take a toll on a person, and my meditation and martial arts practices have protected me. In addition, I find comfort in cooking a good meal and solitude in a good book. Family is extremely important to me and I am very close to my children.
