I’m a person of phases — and I actually love that about myself. Some days I’m full of energy, working out, trying new sports, riding my bike, pushing myself… and other days I just want to rest, stay in the air conditioning and enjoy my peace.
I’ve learned to enjoy training and staying active, but I also respect my own rhythm. I love both nature... camping, being outdoors... and city life, going out and enjoying what it has to offer.
I work in an office, so I really value my free time: whether it’s to stay active, learn something new, or simply do nothing. I’m curious and love trying different things (one day I might be doing Muay Thai, the next jiu-jitsu 😂).
