Lithuanian men come from a rapidly modernizing country, but still maintain their traditional values – family usually comes first in their lives. These men are inteligent and well educated as a whole and are considred hardworking, solid, and decent. They are gentlemen as well – it is quite common to open doors for a woman, carry her heavy bags, and do all the so called “manly“ hosehold chores while not forgeting to please her with flowers ocasionally too! Sometimes they are melancholic, sometimes fun-loving, but always interesting are these men. They are not so expressive as southern European men tend to be, but sometimes it is so comforting to enjoy a calm family life with a reliable, good-hearted, and inteligent man.
A little country wedged into a corner of the Baltic Sea, Lithuania is the largest of the Baltic States. It also was the last country to adopt Christianity in Europe, but this religion is now practiced by the majority of people here. The official language, Lithuanian, is one of the oldest languages in Europe. Lithuania is famous for its natural beauty with white-beach seashores, beautiful lakes, rivers and dense forests.
