About Me
I am outgoing,I love helping others. I stay busy. I have a good union factory job (usually 50 hrs a week) plus I have a sharpening service with my oldest son (16), a small engine repair business that I'm teaching my youngest son (12) . And a welding company that I've owned since 2007 (mostly shut down now but has an amazing credit rating)
I cold plunge nearly every morning at 4am. I find it helps to keep me emotionaly and mentally balanced. I do the Wim Hoff breathing exercises. I enjoy yoga, though I do not do it often by myself. There is a beautiful bicycle trail 1/4 mile from my home that I enjoy jogging on.
My big house is peaceful, however I do not find that I enjoy the solitude of living alone. I have 3 kids that come over every other weekend. And randomly in-between.
I do not drink or use drugs.
I try not to over indulge in food, as I've lost 70lbs in the last 8 years.
I go to a Baptist church every Sunday and I enjoy their Wednesday evening prayer and study meeting as well.
