Nestling between the Great Plains and Midwest of the United States, is the state of Nebraska. There are massive discrepancies in the summer and winter temperatures and the state is known for its occasional thunderstorms and tornadoes. Its capital is Lincoln but Omaha is its largest city in terms of area. Cattle grazing is widespread- especially on the plains and it is also famous for being a grain-producer amongst all the states of the United States. Having said that, a wave of industrialization had swept the state back in the 1930s and various automobile and electronics manufacturing companies had set up their operations.
