Panamanian men are more straightforward than their American counterparts. They are confident, unabashed, passionate, protective, and have the ability to sweep a woman off of her feet. They have a fairly laid back way of life and this culture is a real escape from the Western "work comes before life" mentality. They know what they want and they go for it. Also, the average Panamanian man can dance. He has rhythm and coordination and dance is a big part of his culture. Family is the most important value to Panamanian men and they always try their best to take care of their relatives.

Spanish is the official language and the most common religion is Roman Catholicism. The culture of Panama is derived from European music, art, and traditions that were brought over by the Spanish. The land is marked by a chain of mountains in the west, hills in the interior, and a low range on the east coast with extensive forests throughout. The climate is hot, humid, and often cloudy.
